Friends...

Our best friends from Georgia came to see us for a couple days after Miley was born.  They are such good friends!  Between the 2 families there were 8 kids here and Sandy was pregnant... (since this Hamilton was born, on my Bday 4/12)  It was so good to have the Brownd family here.  We miss them so much! The kids all had a good time!

Is that Charlie on a pink bike?

Sweet Anna

Charlie drove the girls power wheel up a tree!  It was quite hilarious! After that he kept trying to drive it up trees!  Boys! LOL

Aaron is a sweet boy!

And You Think You're Having a Bady Hair Day???

Addy wakes up with some crazy hair... she gets it from my mom! This day it was more crazy than usual and I was cracking up! So I of course had to take pictures...

Then Payton woke up and her hair was just as crazy!  :)

Miley 1 month old

Miley at 1 month old.  I love these onesie stickers... they are so cute.  I ordered them from Etsy.  I really like the idea because I am so behind on my baby books this way I don't have to look up and figure out which month is which later on... :) lol!  It's right there for me!

Miley is a happy baby as long as she is being held... otherwise she screams her head off.  Addison LOVES to hold Miley... meaning she goes and picks her up when I'm out of the room and it freaks me out when I come back and there is Addy holding the baby!  We've had a lot of talks about this.... SIGH...  She is really gentle with her but still!

                                                                  TOLD YA....

It took me several tries to get these pics because she would just cry when I set her down :(  But she is pretty darn cute in her Valentine's outfit

Sensory Bins

I really thought I would do more of these hands on activities... but truth is they take a lot of time to plan and make.  I finally did a Valentine's Sensory Bin and the kids loved it.  They made a huge mess with all the fun heart related junk toys.  I started to get frustrated with the mess (just being honest) and said something to Nathan like... I don't know why I bother doing stuff like this... it's another huge mess.  And Nathan's response to me was... well it looks like they are having a great time to me! (OUCH! That hurt!)  But he was totally right!  I have to remind myself of that when I get overwhelmed with the messes daily fun my kids have.  And the hours of entertainment that these sensory bins provide... I want to try and do better to make them for them.

I also had some hands on activities for the kids all heart day related... they really those things too.

A day in the life...

Most days are smooth sailing and wonderful!  There is always a lot on the to do list...  homeschool has to be #1 and then I work on house work and playing with the kids.

Here is our ham...  He is just to cute!

This is what I look like most days... no make up and mommy clothes.

Miley grunting... she does a lot of that!

Jackson loves the baby's swing...  I can't keep him out of it.

The kids LOVE to play outside!  On this day they were "washing" our van.  It was so cute they got the stools and everything.

When Daddy gets home from work.  He horse plays and tickles the kids until it's dinner and bedtime.  The kids love this!
