American Heritage Girls

We signed the girls up for American Heritage Girls.  It's a christian form of Girl Scouts, but we don't sell cookies.  Wish we did though! ;)

American Heritage girls is all about building character, honoring God and serving in our community.  I think this will be a great thing for the girls.  The first thing we did was volunteer one Saturday at the Children's Home.  The group did anything from yard work to cleaning house.  My girls, Jackson and I cleaned up a yard and washed windows and doors.  (Miley and Logan stayed with a sitter) We had so much fun helping the foster parents and kids!  It was a very humbling experience.  The girls bring it up a lot on how they want to go back and help clean again.

Jackson joined us he is an honorary American Heritage Girl! LOL!  I knew he would have fun and be a big help.

We packed a picnic lunch and enjoyed the nice weather after our hard work!

A visit from Grampa Ferguson & Great Gramma

About 2 weeks after Logan was born Grampa Ferguson (my dad) and Great Gramma (my Gramma) came over to meet Logan.  We really enjoyed their visit!

Jackson had fallen asleep on the couch before they came over.  This boy plays hard and falls asleep hard!

Logan 2 weeks old

Logan is the sweetest and most content baby!  Here is Logan at 2 weeks old.

Payton wanted a picture with her brother.

The more the merrier!  Addison and Miley joined in.

Bike Ride

Of course we had to go for a bike ride the next day!  Payton says her bike makes her ride really fast!

Here Taylor is on her scooter that she got for her birthday.

Payton's 5th Birthday!

13 days after Logan was born it was Payton's birthday!  Life doesn't stop when you have a baby... so it was time to celebrate! Since we were keeping birthdays simple this year... you guessed it another sleep over with their sweet friend, Esther.  We also took the kids to Jump Zone, a bouncy house place. And they had a blast!

Payton with her tickets!

For the sleep over portion of the birthday festivities... we made necklaces.  The girls thought this was great!

My sweet Peanut is 5!

She was so excited!

Presents!  Taylor made her a card. (while we were out shopping before Payton's birthday, Taylor talked me into buying a present for Payton.  She was a good sales woman!  She insisted that she get this Color Wonder set for Payton... I fell for it thinking it was only $5... later at home I see the receipt and realize it was $10! :/ OY!)

Doc McStuffin's dress up, that Daddy picked out.

A Minnie Mouse blender set from Papa and Nana.

A magnet doll set from Esther.
