Cute things kids say and do

I got a phone call this evening that my MIL, Boo, was in the hospital with kidney stone issues.  I was explaining it to the girls and that we needed to pray and ask Jesus to heal her.  Addy spoke up and prayed, "Dear God please help Nana to feel better, in Jesus name Amen!"  Then Addy asked me "if we drive really slow and don't go fast can we bring Nana to our house and take care of her?"  I told her that would be really sweet but she is in the hospital and the doctor is going to take really good care of her.  Addy said "Oh ok, well do you think Nana is going to get a lollipop from the doctor?  Do you think she will get a sticker?" 

I love Addison's heart in this conversation! :)

One day this past week we had a water day with our homeschool group.  The kids had a blast.  There was wiggly sprinklers and a kiddie pool set up.  After a few hours of fun it was time to get changed into our DRY clothes (can you tell where this is going :) and load up and head home.  Well Jackson decided it was time to lay in the pool again.  He thought it was hilarious.  He jumped right in the pool and then rolled around laughing!  He was so cute!  I didn't have another outfit for him so I stripped him down and changed is soggy diaper again and he rode home in just a diaper :).

Taylor LOVES Miley.  In fact Taylor is the main reason Miley's name is Miley. :)  She overheard Nathan and I talking about baby names when I was pregnant and we mentioned the name Miley.  Taylor was stuck on that name and asked me EVERDAY, "Can we PAH-LEESE name baby sister, Baby Miley?"  How can you say no to that! I do like the name... but Taylor was the main reason...

Anywho... Taylor loves holding Miley and helping me.  She is very sweet and caring towards all her siblings.  This is a great help to me since Miley wants to be held all the time. 

Taylor set up a tea part for her friends :)  She had such a good time setting all this up.  She asked me for a little table to use so I grabbed a tub from the garage and threw a blanket over it.   She was so sweet playing... UNTIL... you guessed it Jackson came in the room!  He wanted to have a tea party too...  which meant throw the play food across the room.  Which of course Taylor screamed and cried!  Sigh...

We tried to teach Jackson how to sit and play tea party... but throwing the food was more fun! :)

Family Pics, Jackson's 18 month pics and Miley's Newborn pics

So a new baby means a new family picture!  Plue newborn pictures!  We had to do all these pics through 2 different days b/c Miley wasn't having it the first day!

I LOVE this picture because it's a natural shot.  Payton was upset because she wanted to be next to Daddy, Jackson has some dirt on his foot and doesn't like it.  I'm laughing because it's easier to do than get upset and Nathan going to fix everything....

I wanted a fam picture on our bed and of all the kids playing and being crazy cause that is real life for us.  It not uncommon to wake up and have 1-3 girls in bed with us.... judge all you want on our family bed but I wouldn't change a thing!  :)

I love this picture... It shows Nathan's heart and soul.  I couldn't of asked for a better partner and soul mate to share this crazy ride we are on!  He truly is amazing... Love him!
